Artisan Sourdough Mesquite Bread

Each loaf of Daniela’s sourdough mesquite bread is a unique work of art.

In addition to a variety of high quality whole grain flours, Daniela uses mesquite pods which she harvests locally, mills into flour, prepares into tea and infuses into each loaf.

Mesquite is a superfood. It is high in protein and gluten free. It contains iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc. It is known for it’s healing medicinal quality.

The taste ranges from honey nut to tamarind. It is deliciously nutritious!
